In addition, the proposed rule would amend in minor ways a number of provisions, mostly procedural. The intended effect of this NPRM is to provide guidance for persons required to obtain an approval, register, or report with RSPA. By clarifying the requirements, RSPA would reduce the need to seek additional information necessary to complete the processing of applications.
