On December 29, 1994, RSPA published a final rule which amended the Hazardous Materials Regulations to maintain alignment with corresponding provisions of international standards. A final rule correcting errors in the December 29, 1994 final rule and responding to petitions for reconsideration was published on May 18, 1995. This final rule denies a petition for reconsideration to the May 18, 1995 final rule concerning adoption of certain testing provisions for plastic aerosol containers.
