We are conforming our pipeline facility drug and alcohol testing regulations with DOT's "Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs." In addition, we are changing the format of the regulations to make them easier to apply and understand. The purpose of these changes is to make the regulations clearer and consistent with DOT's drug and alcohol testing policies.
