(a) Each Procedure shall identify why the Procedure is necessary, what action is performed, who performs the action, when the action is performed, where the action is performed, how the action is performed, and the documentation required for the performance of such action. If any additional actions are required after performing any Procedure, such Procedure shall explain the process for the performance of such additional actions. (b) Each Operator shall provide the Authority copies or access to all Procedures, other than Job-Specific Procedures. (c) Each Operator shall provide the Authority with notice and copies or access to all Procedures, other than Job-Specific Procedures, that have been revised, substituted or amended at least 10 calendar days prior to implementation, except where 24 prevented by unavoidable circumstances, in which case, notice and copies or access shall be provided as soon as practicable. The revised, substituted or amended Procedures shall be annotated to show all revisions.
