THE GUIDE MATERIAL IS ATTACHED. IT RECEIVED THE FULL ASME APPROVAL NECESSARY FOR PUBLICATION AND HAS BEEN PUBLISHED AS A PART OF ADDENDA 1 TO THE 1986 EDITION OF THE GUIDE.
