(a) This Part requires operators of pipe-line facilities subject to part 192, 193 or 195 of title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) to test employees for the presence of prohibited drugs and provide an employee assistance program.

(b) A description of part 40, 190, 192, 193, 195 or 199 of title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR), as referenced in this Part, may be found in section 10.2 of this Title.
