Dear Mr.Dilger:
From March 25 through March 29, and July 15 through July 19, 2019, a representative of the
Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Pipeline Safety
(OPS), pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code (U.S.C.) inspected Aux Sable Liquid
Products, Inc. procedures, records, and pipeline facilities in Morris, Illinois. As a result of the
inspection, Aux Sable Liquid Products, Inc was issued a Notice of Amendment on December 16,
2020, which ordered amendment of your procedures.
Aux Sable Liquid Products, Inc. submitted final amended procedures on January 22, 2021. My
staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice
of Amendment have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you
for your cooperation.
