Dear Mr. Boocock:
During the month of November 2012, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials
Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) conducted an inspection of
your hydrogen pipeline from Harris County, Texas, to a facility located in St. Bernard Parish,
Louisiana. The inspection consisted of O&M procedures, record and field audits pursuant to
Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code.
As a result of these inspections, a Notice of Amendment, CPF 4-2013-1017M, was issued on
October 15, 2013 to Air Products. On February 18, 2014, Air Products responded to the NOA.
Based upon review of the response letter along with the revised procedure, it appears that the
inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you
for your cooperation.
