GAS SUBSEQUENTLY ESCAPED FROM THE DAMAGED SERVICE LINE AND ENTERED A STORM SEWER. THE GAS IN THE STORM SEWER WAS IGNITED BY A CIGARETTE LIGHTER AND THREE INDIVIDUALS WERE HOSPITALIZED.
