AT THE TIME THE LEAK WAS IDENTIFIED, THE COMPRESSOR WAS NOT OPERATING. THE PIPING WAS BLOWN DOWN AND THE VALVE WAS ISOLATED BY INSTALLING BLINDS ON EITHER SIDE. ON 1/7/16 AT 11:20 AM, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE COST WOULD EXCEED $50,000 AT WHICH TIME THE NRC WAS IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED.
