THE CLEARING EQUIPMENT TIPPED INTO A DRY WASH AND STRUCK THE PIPELINE WHERE IT WAS EXPOSED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE WASH. THE PIPELINE WAS ISOLATED BY 10:23 AND WAS BLOWN DOWN FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIRS.
