A DETERMINATION WAS MADE TO INSTALL A NEW CROSSING DUE TO THE LEAK LOCATION WITHIN A DITCH EMBANKMENT. THE PIPELINE SECTION WITH THE LEAK WAS ABANDONED IN PLACE.
