TGP INVESTIGATED AND OBSERVED THE SHEEN WITH BUBBLES. DISPATCHED DIVERS DETERMINED THAT TGP'S LINE WAS LEAKING THROUGH A PINHOLE IN A GIRTH WELD. THE LEAK WAS REPAIRED BY INSTALLING A CLAMP AND THE PIPELINE WAS PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE.
