Cause detail: INTERNAL CORROSION

Cause detail: A US COAST GUARD PATROL OBSERVED A FIVE FEET DIAMETER RING OF BUBBLES IN THE WATER IN THE SOUTH MARSH ISLAND (SMI) AREA BLOCK 29 ON THE OCS. THE USCG CONTACED BOEMRE WHO IN TURN NOTIFIED TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE (TGP). TGP DISPATCHED COMPANY PERSONNEL AND DIVERS WHO IDENTIFIED A PINHOLE LEAK IN TGP'S 12" 523M-1300 PIPELINE. A CLAMP WAS INSTALLED AND THE PIPELINE WAS PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE.
