This is in response to your letter dated August 26, 2003,
requirements under the hazardous materials regulations (HMR; 49
requesting information pertaining to the recent security plan
CFR Parts 171-180); Docket HM-232; "Security Requirements for
Offerors and Transporters of Hazardous Materials, Final Rule" (68
