The determination must take into account:\n\n(1) Volume and velocity of the floodwater;\n\n(2) Tsunamis (local, regional, and distant);\n\n(3) Potential failure of dams;\n\n(4) Predictable land developments which would affect runoff accumulation of water; and\n\n(5) Tidal action.\n\n(b) The effect of flooding determined under paragraph (a) of this section must be accommodated by location or design and construction, as applicable, to reasonably assure:\n\n(1) The structural or functional integrity of LNG facilities; and\n\n(2) Access from outside the LNG facility and movement of personnel and equipment about the LNG facility site for the control of fire and other emergencies.","truncated":false,"body_characters":801}
