The utility shall submit the annual\nreport on forms prescribed by the Commission; shall properly complete the\nforms; shall ensure the forms are verified and signed by a person authorized to\nact on behalf of the utility; and shall file in accordance with subparagraph\n1204(a)(III) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. If the\nCommission grants the utility an extension of time to file the annual report, the\nutility nevertheless shall file with the Commission, on or before April 30, the\nutility's total gross operating revenue from intrastate utility business transacted in\nColorado for the preceding calendar year.\n\n(b) If a certified public accountant prepares an annual report for a utility, the utility\nshall file, within 30 days after the report is final, either two paper copies of the\nreport with the Commission or an electronic copy through the Commission’s E-\nFiling System.\n(c) On an annual basis, a utility shall file a report stating the average time taken for\nservice personnel to respond to gas odor calls from customers for the following:\n(I) the entire area served by the utility within Colorado; and\n(II) each division of the utility assigned to serve a region or portion of the\nutility’s entire service area.","truncated":false,"body_characters":1374}
