A utility shall also\nkeep a record of the time of starting up or shutting down of the compressing\nequipment and the period of operation of all regulators used for the maintenance\nof constant gas pressure.\n(b) In its tariff a utility shall establish specific terms and conditions for interruptions\nand curtailments of service. The utility shall establish, and adhere to, interruption\nand curtailment priorities for sales service and for transportation service by\ncustomer class. These priorities shall be consistent with the requirements of this\nrule.\n(c) A utility shall interrupt service within each class on an equitable basis, consistent\nwith system constraints and its tariff. A utility shall interrupt service within a locale\non a fair and reasonable basis, consistent with local conditions.\n(d) A utility shall not make up any shortage by using the transportation customer’s\nsupplies without the transportation customer’s consent.\n(e) A utility shall curtail standby supply service to transportation customers who have\ncontracted for standby supply service in accordance with the same system of\nclass-by-class priorities as is applicable to sales customers established by the\nutility’s tariffs.\n(f) A utility may provide, under applicable sales tariffs, available supply service to\ngas transportation customers who have not purchased standby supply service\nfrom the utility and are experiencing supply shortages.","truncated":false,"body_characters":1651}
