In cases in\nwhich the dial reading of a meter, other than an orifice or other chart type meter,\nmust be multiplied by a constant or factor to obtain the units consumed, the\nfactor, factors, or constant shall be clearly marked on the dial or face of the\nmeter, if possible. In the alternative, the constant, constants, or factor, or the\nmethod of calculating the constant, constants, or factor, shall be stated clearly on\na customer’s bill, with step by step instructions to allow customer to convert the\nunit of measurement from the dial of the meter to the billing unit or billing\ndeterminant on the bill.","truncated":false,"body_characters":1170}
