This shall be provided within ten days of a customer’s request\nor, in the case of a new customer, within 60 days of the commencement of\nservice.\n(II) A clear and concise statement of the customer’s actual consumption or\ndegree-day adjusted consumption of gas for each billing period during the\nprior year, unless such consumption data are not reasonably\nascertainable by the utility.\n(III) A clear and concise explanation of the terms and conditions of service\napplicable to the customer.\n(d) A utility shall post and keep current on its website the data required to be\nsubmitted pursuant to paragraph 4109(c), including the charts, graphs, or other\nvisualizations demonstrating ten-year historical trends.","truncated":false,"body_characters":1474}
