Such utilities then shall file\nadditional clean heat plans in accordance with the clean heat plan rules,\ncomprising rules 4725 through 4733, unless otherwise directed by the\nCommission.\n(b) A clean heat plan filed in accordance with this rule 4734 must:\n(I) propose greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for years 2025 and\n2030;\n(II) identify the clean heat resources to be used to reduce emissions on its\nsystem during the clean heat plan action period;\n(III) quantify the annual greenhouse gas emission reductions expected during\naction plan period in total and for each clean heat resource calculated\npursuant to rules 4525 through 4528;\n(IV) propose program budgets, disaggregated by each clean heat resource, to\nmeet the proposed greenhouse gas emission reduction targets; and\n(V) quantify the cost of the clean heat resources and other actions to reduce\ngreenhouse gas emissions during the plan period and demonstrate that\nsuch costs satisfy the analysis of the annual retail bill impact in\naccordance with § 40-3.2-108.6(a)(I), C.R.S.\n(c) A clean heat plan filed in accordance with this rule 4734 may solicit clean heat\nresources through a competitive solicitation as set forth in paragraph 4731(f).\n(d) The Commission shall approve a clean heat plan submitted under this rule 4734\nif the Commission finds it to be in the public interest. The Commission may\nmodify the clean heat plan if modifications are necessary to ensure that the plan\nis in the public interest. In evaluating whether the plan is in the public interest, the\nCommission shall consider the factors in paragraph 4732(b) and the annual retail\ncost impact in accordance with § 40-3.2-108.6(a)(I), C.R.S.\n(e) The small gas distribution utility whose clean heat plan is approved by the\nCommission in accordance with this rule 4734 shall submit the annual clean heat\nplan reports required in rule 4733.","truncated":false,"body_characters":2092}
