Not later than 10 calendar days after receipt of an alert, advisory bulletin, recommendation or similar notification from the National Transportation Safety Board, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, trade organizations, Pipe, component or equipment manufacturers, Authority, or similar organizations, each Operator shall take appropriate action to review its Procedures and Pipeline Facilities to identify if modifications are required and shall report to the Authority the preliminary results of the review including a timeframe for the completion of any modifications required. Sec. 6. The Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies are amended by adding sections 16-280b-B1 to 16-280b-B32, inclusive, as follows:
