(b) All valves required by subsection (a) of this section, that are owned by the Operator, shall be designated as Emergency Valves. (c) All above-ground Emergency Valves shall have a durable identifying tag, stamp, or other device affixed to the valve. All below-ground Emergency Valves shall have a readily observable and durable identifying tag, stamp or other device affixed to the valve box such that it shall not permanently interfere with the valve operation and shall not be defaced or dislocated by normal operations. (d) All below-ground Emergency Valve box covers shall be painted yellow. (e) Valve box covers shall be permanently labeled with the word \"GAS\".","truncated":false,"body_characters":1601}
