(b) Not later than January 1, 2037, each Gate Station shall contain equipment to introduce odorant properly and safely into each Pipeline. (c) Each Operator shall ensure there is adequate odorant and odorant sampling when a new Main is Placed In Service or when portable compressed natural Gas or liquefied natural Gas is introduced into any Pipeline.
