the following in its operating and maintenance plan: (1) Instructions for employees covering operating and maintenance procedures during normal operations and repairs; (2) Items required to be included by the provisions of subchapter 15; (3) Specific programs relating to facilities presenting the greatest hazard to public safety either in an emergency or because of extraordinary construction or maintenance requirements; (4) A program for conversion procedures, if conversion of a low-pressure distribution system to a higher pressure is contemplated; (5) Provision for periodic inspections to ensure that operating pressures are appropriate for the class location; and (6) Instructions enabling personnel who perform operation and maintenance activities to recognize conditions that potentially may be safety-related conditions that are subject to the reporting requirements of section 6-77-12.
