Code Ann. §§ 77-11-401, et seq. and Chapter\n03 of this Rule.\n101 If a natural gas supplier discontinues service pursuant to the provisions of this Rule, the\nperson responsible for the school facility shall notify the Commission of such\ndiscontinuance, and the reasons therefore, within fourteen (14) days thereof.\n102 A person responsible for a school facility shall provide written notice to the natural gas\nsupplier confirming that any hazardous natural gas leakage has been repaired or no longer\nexists in order to resume natural gas service to the school facility.","truncated":false,"body_characters":984}
