En 510.03","title":"En 510.03 Inspection of Utilities","source_type":"regulation","agency":"New Hampshire Department of Energy","status":"current","official":true,"published_on":"2023-10-25","effective_on":"2023-10-25","summary":"En 510.03 Inspection of Utilities.","machine_formats":{"json":"https://regulus.evalyn.ai/document/nh-admin-rules-en-510-03.json","markdown":"https://regulus.evalyn.ai/document/nh-admin-rules-en-510-03.md"},"app_url":"https://regulus.evalyn.ai/document/nh-admin-rules-en-510-03","source_url":"https://gc.nh.gov/rules/state_agencies/en500.html","body":"En 510.03 Inspection of Utilities.\n\n(a) Inspections conducted pursuant to En 510.02 shall include a thorough review of the utility's records concerning inspection, operation, maintenance, and emergency procedures.\n\n(b) Field inspections combined with office inspections shall cover:\n\n(1) Operational checks of corrosion control provisions;\n\n(2) Overpressure and regulating equipment;\n\n(3) Odorization;\n\n(4) Repaired leaks;\n\n(5) Emergency valves;\n\n(6) New construction;\n\n(7) Maintenance of facilities;\n\n(8) Selection of material and design of components;\n\n(9) Qualifications and training of personnel;\n\n(10) Public awareness programs, emergency response programs, quality assurance programs, underground damage prevention programs, and integrity management programs for transmission and distribution pipeline facilities;\n\n(11) Control room management; and\n\n(12) Any other components of the facility.","truncated":false,"body_characters":898}
