En 510.06","title":"En 510.06 Responses to Notice of Probable Violation","source_type":"regulation","agency":"New Hampshire Department of Energy","status":"current","official":true,"published_on":"2023-10-25","effective_on":"2023-10-25","summary":"En 510.06 Responses to Notice of Probable Violation.","machine_formats":{"json":"https://regulus.evalyn.ai/document/nh-admin-rules-en-510-06.json","markdown":"https://regulus.evalyn.ai/document/nh-admin-rules-en-510-06.md"},"app_url":"https://regulus.evalyn.ai/document/nh-admin-rules-en-510-06","source_url":"https://gc.nh.gov/rules/state_agencies/en500.html","body":"En 510.06 Responses to Notice of Probable Violation.\n\n(a) Upon receipt of the NOPV the respondent shall:\n\n(1) Submit to the department within 30 days, in writing, evidence refuting the probable violation referenced in the NOPV;\n\n(2) Submit to the department within 30 days a written plan of action outlining action the respondent will take to correct the violations, including a schedule and the date when compliance is anticipated;\n\n(3) Execute a consent agreement with the department resolving the probable violation and remit the civil penalty; or\n\n(4) Request in writing within 30 days, an informal conference with the department staff to examine the basis of the probable violation.\n\n(b) Any utility involved in the NOPV shall provide a representative for any informal conference or hearing scheduled relative to that NOPV.","truncated":false,"body_characters":828}
