This Order included requirements to take corrective actions\non the Charlottesville District section of the Williams Transco Gas Line System running from the\nReidsville Compressor Station to the Ellicott City Compressor Station. Williams requested and PHMSA\ngranted extensions of time for Williams to comply with those requirements set forth in this Order.\nOn October 13, 2011, a PHMSA Eastern Region (ER) representative met with Williams’ personnel at the\nWilliams Manassas Compressor Station offices. At that time, the PHMSA ER representative reviewed all\ndocuments related to the requirements in this Order. Subsequently, on October 13, 2011, Williams\nsubmitted a final report, along with supporting documentation, and requested the above-referenced case\nbe closed.\nPHMSA ER made numerous field trips to the Charlottesville District to inspect the work being performed\nto satisfy the terms of the CAO. Based on PHMSA ER review of the documentation that Williams\nprovided, it has been determined that Williams has complied with all the terms of this Order.\nAccordingly, this case is now closed and no further action is contemplated with respect to the matters\ninvolved in this case.\nThank you for your cooperation in this matter.\nSincerely,\nByron Coy, PE\nDirector, Eastern Region\nPipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration","truncated":false,"body_characters":2839}
