As a result of the inspection, the City was issued a Notice of Amendment on October\n13, 2010, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nThe City submitted its amended procedures on October 27, 2010. My staff, in conjunction with\nVA SCC, reviewed the amended procedures and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this\nNotice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
