As a result of the inspection, Spectra\nwas issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on April 21, 2011. On May 31, 2011, Spectra was\ngranted an extension until August 1, 2011, to submit its amended procedures that fully address\nthe inadequacies identified in the NOA.\nSpectra submitted its amended procedures on July 29, 2011. Upon review of the amended\nprocedures, it appears the inadequacies outlined in the NOA have been corrected.
