As a result of the inspection, a Notice of Amendment (NOA) was\nissued on May 5, 2011, which proposed an amendment to DCPLNG’s written plan for personnel health.\nDCPLNG responded by a letter dated June 3, 2011, requesting a time extension which PHMSA granted.\nOn July 13, 2011, DCPLNG submitted its personnel physical form, Cove Point LNG Physical/Functional\nSafety Sensitive Job Requirement, in response to the NOA. Having reviewed the aforementioned form,\nPHMSA provided DCPLNG additional time to incorporate the form into its written plan. On September\n13, 2011, DCPLNG submitted its written plan, Section 110, SOP 01 and revised personnel physical form,\nCove Point LNG Physical/Functional Safety Sensitive Job Requirement CP0022A.\nPlease be advised, we have reviewed the above documents and it appears that the inadequacies indentified\nin the NOA have been corrected. Therefore, this letter is to inform DCPLNG no further action is\nnecessary and this case is now closed.\nThank you for your cooperation.\nSincerely,\nByron Coy, PE\nDirector, Eastern\nPipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration","truncated":false,"body_characters":2684}
