Dear Mr. Hurlburt:
On December 21, 2010, an inspector from the New York State Department of Public Service (NYSDPS),
acting as agents for the Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to
Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, conducted a field inspection of the Enterprise Line P41
remediation activities in Blenheim, NY. As a result of the inspection, Enterprise Products Operating LLC
(Enterprise), a subsidiary of Enterprise Products Partners LP, was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA)
on December 13, 2011.
On January 13, 2012, Enterprise submitted its amended procedures in response to the NOA. Based on
our review of the amended procedures submitted, it appears that the inadequacies outlined in the NOA
have been corrected.
Therefore, this letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
