As a result of the inspection, DSPC was issued a Notice of Amendment on April\n25, 2011, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nDSPC submitted its amended procedures on June 3, 2011, and in response to PHMSA’s follow up\nletter dated October 6, 2011, further revised procedures were submitted on October 21, 2011. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice\nof Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
