As a result of the inspection, Eastern Shore was issued a Notice\nof Amendment on March 9, 2012, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nEastern Shore submitted its amended procedures in letters, dated March 30, 2012 and May 22,\n2012. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined\nin this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
