As a result of the inspection, Dominion\nwas issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on July 13, 2012, which proposed amendment to its\nprocedures.\nSubsequently, Dominion provided a response to this NOA, in a letter dated August 9, 2012. We\nreviewed Dominion’s response and determined that it did not address the inadequacy we found\nin its procedure. Therefore, we sent a letter, dated August 22, 2012, to Dominion, requesting it\nto amend the procedure and submit the amended procedures to us for review. Dominion\nsubmitted another letter dated, September 10, 2012, along with an amended procedure: SOP\n060/09- Compressor Stations/Fixed Gas Detection and Alarm System. We have reviewed the\namended procedures and it appears that the procedures have been corrected.\nThus, this letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.\nThank you for your cooperation.\nSincerely,\nByron Coy, PE\nDirector, Eastern Region\nPipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration","truncated":false,"body_characters":2608}
