As a result of the\ninspection, Kinder Morgan/Tennessee Gas was issued a Notice of Amendment on November 2,\n2012, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nKinder Morgan/Tennessee Gas submitted its amended procedures on June 27, 2013.
