As a result\nof the inspection, Portland was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on February 10, 2012.\nOn March 6, 2012, Portland submitted its initial response to the NOA, along with proposed\namendments. On May, 22, 2012, Portland completed its submission of amended procedures. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA\nhave been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
