As a result of the inspection, Buckeye was\nissued a Notice of Amendment on August 20, 2012, which proposed amendment of your\nprocedures.\nBuckeye submitted its amended procedures on September 18, 2012 and November 17, 2012. My\nstaff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this\nNotice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
