As a result of the inspection, Honeoye was\nissued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on November 20, 2013, which proposed amendment of your\nprocedures.\nHoneoye submitted its amended procedures on March 29, 2014 (via Roach and Associates Inc.), April 17,\n2014, May 12, 2014, October 6, 2014 and October 14, 2014.\nOn February 24, 2014, the Region responded to Honeoye’s February 20, 2014 request for an extension of\ntime to respond to the NOA. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the\ninadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
