(Dominion) Public Awareness Program in Clarksburg, West Virginia.\nAs a result of the inspection, Dominion was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on April 15,\n2013.\nOn May 14, 2013 and September 12, 2013, Dominion submitted responses to the NOA, along with\nproposed amendments. On November 21, 2013, Dominion completed its submission of amended\nprocedures. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set\nforth in the NOA have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
