As a result of the inspection, Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Columbia) was\nissued a Notice of Amendment on July 18, 2013, which proposed amendment of its procedures.\nColumbia submitted its amended procedures on August 20, 2013 and October 18, 2013. My staff has\nreviewed the amended procedures. It appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment\nhave been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you that no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
