As a result of the inspection, Spectra was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on\nNovember 7, 2013.\nOn January 17, 2014, Spectra submitted its initial NOA response to PHMSA. On March 31,\n2014, Spectra completed its submission of amended procedures to PHMSA. My staff reviewed\nthe amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA have been\ncorrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
