(DTI) procedures at DTI Cornwell Compressor\nStation location in WV. As a result of the inspection, DTI was issued a Notice of Amendment\non November 20, 2013, which proposed amendment of your procedures.\nDTI submitted its proposed amended procedures on January 14, 2014. In a letter dated March\n24, 2014, PHMSA requested that DTI submit the section in their amended procedure “Storage of\nFlammable and Combustibles” of SOP 060/017 that includes the modified paragraph. DTI\nsubmitted actual amended procedures on March 31, 2014. My staff reviewed amended\nprocedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been\ncorrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
