As a result of the inspection, National Fuel was\nissued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on November 26, 2013.\nOn December 20, 2013, National Fuel submitted its initial response to the NOA. On February\n24, 2014, National Fuel completed its submission of amended procedures. My staff reviewed the\namended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the NOA have been\ncorrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
