Dear Ms. Jones:
Between August 27 and 31, 2012, inspectors from New York State Department of Public Service
(NYSDPS), acting as agent for the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration
(PHMSA), Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS), inspected Central New York Oil & Gas
Corporation’s (CNYOG), a subsidiary of Crestwood Midstream LLC (Crestwood) (previously
named Inergy Midstream Operations, LLC), public awareness program (PAP).
Crestwood submitted amended procedures on March 10, 2014, April 3, 2015, and August 14,
2015.
My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this
Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you
for your cooperation.
