As a result of the inspection, IMTT was issued a\nNotice of Amendment (NOA) on July 24, 2013.\nOn October 16, 2013, IMTT submitted its initial response to the NOA, along with proposed\namendments. On February 7, 2014, IMTT completed its submission of amended procedures.\nMy staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the\nNOA have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
