As a result of the inspection, Sunoco was\nissued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on September 30, 2013, which proposed amendment of\nits procedures.\nOn October 31, 2013, Sunoco responded to the NOA. Subsequently, Sunoco submitted its\namended procedures on March 31, 2014 and July 11, 2014. My staff reviewed the amended\nprocedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this NOA have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
