As a result of the inspection, Kiantone was issued a Notice\nof Amendment (NOA) on October 25, 2013.\nOn November 25, 2013, Kiantone submitted its initial response to the NOA, along with proposed\namendments. On February 11, 2014, Kiantone completed its submission of amended procedures.\nMy staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies set forth in the\nNOA have been corrected.\nThis letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed.
