R&M) a Notice of Amendment (Notice) in the\nabove-referenced case. The Notice described an apparent inadequacy within Sunoco, Inc. R&M’s\nintegrity management plan and proposed amendment to the said plan.\nSubsequently, we received a letter dated November 26, 2013 from Terry A. Soule, Director, Environment\nServices and Policy at Sunoco, Inc. R&M. In his letter, Mr. Soule stated that Sunoco, Inc. R&M sold its\nassets to Philadelphia Energy Solutions and Sunoco Pipeline, L.P. in September 2012 and April 2013,\nrespectively. Mr. Soule also stated that as the result of the sale of its assets it no longer has pipelines that\nare covered in an integrity management program.\nTherefore, PHMSA hereby withdraws the Notice.
